FLEXIBLE MENU DESIGN
Setting up Lunch, Happy Hour, Dinner menus or Daily Specials just got easier. You can create custom menus and categories based on day-of-week and time-of-day and Eats365 POS will automatically display the appropriate menu for that time.
COMBOS AND MODIFIERS
Give your guests options and boost your revenue. With the built-in Menu Editor, you can create item options using single and multi-selectable modifiers, and create combos by linking single items and/or entire categories, adjusting the selectable quantities and discounts offered.
CUSTOMIZABLE MENU KEYS
Menu keys are large and fully customizable in color, font size and name. You can upload item photos and the keys will display them, move and arrange keys by bestselling or any way you see fit. All combine to create a layout that is legible, quick and mistake free.
Build and customize the Table Map to replicate your restaurant. You can create multiple areas or floors, choose table shapes, and the number of seats for each table. Easily identify the status of each table by its color and live table timer, you can even preset the Over-Time indicator to help you turn tables more efficiently.
Manage peak times with integrated Queue Management. Create up to 5 party group sizes then issue queue tickets to your guests during peak times. Seat guests based on real-time status displayed on the Table Map. Guests can also check queue status by scanning the QRCode on the ticket before they are called.
In Conjunction with the Expeditor Screen, Eats365’s Kitchen Display and mPOS. Orders are tracked from the moment they are placed. This helps BOH manage orders and improve efficiency, while FOH can track and view the status of orders down to a single item, and await on them as necessary.
HOLD / FIRE FUNCTION
Hold any items and fire them as your guests are ready to be served. Eats365 hold and fire functions allow the expeditor to see the orders in their entirety, but will not print kitchen tickets and/or display them on Kitchen Displays until items are fired.
Inventory management allows items availability and sold to be tracked, and automatically delist or disable them when they are sold-out. This works as a system-wide function and thus reflect items availability on Eats365 mPOS, eMenu, Self-order Kiosk and User App.
Entice guests with discounts or deals. You can apply open discounts or setup predefined discounts with varying types, amounts and conditions. Access to discounts can be restricted with varying security levels defined in Role Permissions.
SPILT BILLS & MULTI PAYMENTS
Splitting bills is simple with Eats365 POS, servers can split evenly among the number of guests or by picking individual items. Servers can also accept any number of payment types and amounts from guests.

SIMPLIFIED NAME & DUAL LANGUAGE PRINTING
Do you have multinational chefs that may require reading in their own language? Eats365 POS allows you to assign simplified names in any language to items or choose 2 among the 8 supported languages for kitchen tickets printing. Note: your kitchen printer (Star SP700 Series) must be loaded with the appropriate language file to support this function.
